My name is Rachel, and I am the founder of TheDownToEarth LightWorker.

My journey into energy healing wasn't something I chose—it was something that called me. Through my own experiences of trauma, grief, self-discovery, spiritual awakening, and profound healing, I discovered that our greatest wounds often become our greatest gifts. Every challenge became another step toward understanding the incredible ability our bodies, minds, and souls have to heal.

Today, my passion is helping others reconnect with their own inner light.

I believe that healing doesn't have to be complicated or mystical. It should feel safe, empowering, practical, and accessible to everyone. My mission is to bridge ancient spiritual wisdom with a grounded, down-to-earth approach that anyone can understand and experience.

Through professionally created distance energy healings, guided meditations, activations, chakra balancing, inner child work, emotional healing, and spiritual education, I aim to help people release what no longer serves them so they can create lives filled with greater peace, confidence, self-love, abundance, and purpose.

At TheDownToEarth LightWorker, my mission is to make energy healing accessible, understandable, and empowering for people around the world.

Through my website, online healings, educational resources, guided meditations, and social media, I am committed to re-educating humanity about Reiki and energy healing.
​
My aim is to help people move beyond the misconception that Reiki is simply "woo-woo" or mystical, and instead understand it as a valuable spiritual practice that can support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, personal growth, and inner transformation.

My spiritual philosophy is that the soul evolves through many lifetimes—traditionally understood in my teachings as a minimum of 144 earthly lifetimes—each offering opportunities to learn, heal, grow, and move closer to self-mastery.

I believe Reiki is one of the vital tools available to help support the soul as it journeys through the human experience, encouraging healing, balance, and deeper connection to one's authentic self.

My purpose is to help people reconnect with themselves, release emotional burdens, restore energetic balance, and awaken the wisdom that already exists within them.
Every healing, activation, meditation, and guide I create is offered with integrity, compassion, and the intention of supporting each person's unique path.
